OXYZEN Therapy Sessions

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Sydney NSW

Enjoy the ultimate relaxation as you step inside your own personal chamber.

A 90 minute session at 200 kPa (2.0 ATA) will take you deep into rest as you sit back and relax knowing that a trained and certified operator is closely monitoring you and your journey.

Initial compression takes an average of  10-20 minutes, depending on the anticipated pressure decided with your operator. When the ideal pressure is reached, the session begins, which lasts 45-75 minutes at the constant prescribed pressure, this is also known as "bottom time". During the session you can rest or nap, completely shut off from outside distractions and breathing in only pure, clean oxygen. Upon completion, a slow decompression brings you gently back into atmospheric level. The whole session lasts for approximately 90 minutes.

Our operators are skilled in providing a relaxed, pleasant and calm session, leaving you feeling well rested and energised. One session in our Hyperbaric Chamber has long lasting effects continuing for 6 more hours post dive, due to the higher concentration of oxygen in your body.  Effects of the session can sometimes be seen right away or can take a day or two after the session to present. You may leave feeling greatly energized, or experience a pleasant tiredness, depending on your own body's needs.

Our Chamber

In order to achieve the desired therapeutic effect, the pressure inside a hyperbaric chamber would ideally start from 160 - 200 kPa (1.6 - 2.0 bar, 1.6-2.0 ATA) and only a handful of providers use equipment with such high pressures.

As one of the only providers in the Southern highlands NSW, OXYZEN™  has the knowledge and equipment required to achieve these high pressures. Through our experience and development, we’ve managed to reach new dimensions within the field of hyperbaric therapy.
